The staff was very very helpful, we got off to a slow start but once the proper parts were ordered my tire replacement was seamless. There was constant communication with the staff since I did not live close to their location. I would recommend AI-Rides before any other repair shop in the five- boroughs just off communication alone.

Sam is the most trustworthy, and knowledgeable owner you'll every find in the PEV business. He's a straight shooter with great advice from long experience that gives you confidence in your purchase and/or repair. The only place I go to for my EUC needs! Thanks Sam!

Staff was very friendly, attentive to detail and was knowledgeable on EUC’s in general.
