Ai-Rides NYC PEV Sales and Service Center

I loved this workshop, since the service is very good and the interaction with the manager when explaining in detail what your scooter has and how it can be solved was the best and what impressed me the most is that they also speak to you in Spanish 😉 which in many other places is not like that... And if anyone asks me if I recommend this place?? The answer is that without hesitation I would say that if... Excellent customer service... Great service to my scooter. 100% the Best.

The staff was very very helpful, we got off to a slow start but once the proper parts were ordered my tire replacement was seamless. There was constant communication with the staff since I did not live close to their location. I would recommend AI-Rides before any other repair shop in the five- boroughs just off communication alone.

Sam is the most trustworthy, and knowledgeable owner you'll every find in the PEV business. He's a straight shooter with great advice from long experience that gives you confidence in your purchase and/or repair. The only place I go to for my EUC needs! Thanks Sam!

Ten stars!? I had a major malfunction with my first wheel and brought it in to the shop for repair. Not only did they manage the repairs, keep the cost low, and do a great job, they also upgraded components as part of general servicing. Over the last year or two I’ve bought two more wheels from the shop and have always been amazed at how respectful, humane and professional they are. I wish they had a branch in Manhattan or Brooklyn also but it makes the trip back to the Bronx worth a fun visit. These guys are the best and we’re lucky to have them. Cant offer a higher recommendation.

Great shop with amazing staff and quality service. I’ve had a tire change with a full service check up on commander mini. Staff was very friendly, attentive to detail and was knowledgeable on EUC’s in general. Technician fixed all issues with my wheel, including tightening of every single screw on wheel, taking apart and greasing suspension, ensuring safe riding after service. Comfortable spot to hangout while you wait for you wheel to be worked on. Tons of great PEV products inside. Owner is hardworking, friendly and Knowledgeable. Would 10 out of 10 recommend for all your EUCS needs!
